For the Creators Club Australia tools, including the Full Time Creator Calculator.
What we keep
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- The numbers you type into the calculator: your goals, deals and pitches. These are saved to your account so they're there on any device.
- Whether you ticked the box to get our weekly strategy emails, and when.
- If you sign up through our Creators Club page, your name and email are also added to our contact list in Kajabi. You only get our emails if you ticked the box.
We don't ask for passwords. We email you a one-time sign-in link instead.
Why we keep it
To run the tool, keep your numbers safe, and build anonymous reports. Our coaches may also look at your numbers to help you get results. If you ticked the strategy emails box, we may also email you about Creators Club Australia. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
How we use anonymous numbers
We may combine everyone’s numbers into group results, like average rates or how many pitches it takes to land a deal. We use these for reports and marketing material. We never include your name, email or brand names, and we never share one person’s numbers.
If you’d rather your numbers weren’t included, email support@creatorsclubaus.com or use “Delete my data”.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare stores your account and numbers.
- Resend sends your sign-in emails.
- Kajabi holds our contact list and sends our newsletter.
These providers run on servers that may be outside Australia. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with brands.
Your choices
- Use the Delete my data link at the bottom of the calculator to remove your numbers and account straight away.
- Want something else changed or removed? Email support@creatorsclubaus.com.
